Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) has an immediate opening for a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join our Team.

Our facilities include a hospital located in Gravette, Arkansas and a number of satellite clinics located in Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas.

Job Summary: Under the supervision of Pharmacists, supports our pharmacy operations in a Critical Access Hospital setting. This role assists the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy services for both inpatient and outpatient care. Support 340B program operations, including inventory management, compliance, and documentation (as applicable).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) preferred
  • Previous hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred
  • Experience with 340B drug pricing program is a strong plus
