Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) Springfield, MO has an opening for a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) at our Medical Home Department.

The role of this position is to function and operate within those services provided for the diagnosis, care, and rehabilitation of individuals with emotional disturbances, mental, neurological, and other behavioral healthcare disorders. Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide intake evaluation including case management, needs assessment, mental status evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of OCH’s clients.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of counseling programs and clients’ progress in resolving identified problems and moving towards defined and measurable objectives and goals.
- Provide observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context.
- Works as a member of the behavioral healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited University with a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work.
- Current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
