Ozarks Community Hospital in Gravette, AR has an immediate opening for a full-time Housekeeping Manager within our Environmental Services Department.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Safety Operations the Environmental Services Manager is responsible for the general cleanliness of the facility. This person is also responsible for the overseeing of the laundry and linen processing throughout the facility. This person should possess customer service skills and good communication skills. Participates in researching problem issues and assists in recommendations for improvement. Provides training for other EVS personnel and participates in performance improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in EVS Management is required.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to teach and instruct new employees.
